Belinda Morrissey

Belinda has worked in philanthropy for more than eight years. In that time she has managed both private ancillary funds (PAFs) and public ancillary funds. She is currently the Executive Officer for APS client the English Family Foundation.

Prior to consulting with APS Belinda was Executive Officer of the Sydney Community Foundation, funding programs to alleviate poverty and disadvantage in Sydney. Belinda has also worked in corporate philanthropy for ING, and has held leadership roles within not-for-profit organisations. In her previous life Belinda had a career in funds management, both within Australia and internationally.

Belinda holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a CPA, and studied Philanthropy and Social Investment at Swinburne University. She believes that philanthropy is a chance to build resilient, more compassionate societies and stronger family ties, and an opportunity to enrich our lives through enriching others.
