Kate Bowditch

Kate has worked in financial services and private wealth with leading financial institutions, specialising in investments, superannuation and estate planning. In her previous roles, Kate has worked with clients on a range of investment vehicles including Private and Public Ancillary Funds, in collaboration with accounting and legal partners.

Recently the loss of her mother to a rare form of cancer gave Kate deeper insight into the work of many organisations and the amazing generosity of individuals. This experience has led Kate to APS where she sees her role as the ideal way to align her skills with her desire to become more involved in philanthropy. Kate has been lucky to have strong female role models in her life and is determined to fulfill that role herself at APS as well as mother of two young girls.

Being from Perth, Kate never likes to be far from the ocean and lives in Sydney’s east with her family and dog. To add to her list of running accomplishments, Kate plans to run a marathon in the next year to raise funds and awareness for bowel cancer.

Kate is a Certified Financial Planner® and holds a B.Comm (Economics & Financial Planning) and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services.
