Rachael Rofe

Rachael is a lawyer with an Arts/Law degree from the Australian National University (ANU).
Prior to commencing with APS, Rachael worked in financial services and private wealth, across tax, superannuation and estate planning. She specialised in developing strategic legal estate planning solutions. This included seven years in legal and professional services with the Dixon Advisory Group, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become General Manager of Dixon Advisory Law.

Over this period Rachael is most proud of raising the profile of effective giving in Australia, through becoming a recognised authority and public speaker in estate planning.

Seeking a new and challenging experience, in 2013 Rachael volunteered throughout Latin America, where she saw first-hand the impact of effective giving. This grass-roots experience inspired her to align her work more closely with her interest in philanthropy. Rachael loves empowering others to achieve both their own goals and positive community outcomes, and is enthusiastic about equipping clients with the knowledge and tools to give.
Rachael’s other travel adventures have seen her trekking through the high-altitude mountains of Boliva, sailing the Colombian Carribean, and eating her way around Mexico.

As the youngest of eleven children Rachael is a hands-down expert at negotiating family dynamics, which comes in handy when helping her clients articulate a common philanthropic value within their own families.

Most early mornings Rachael can be found running through the leafy local parklands, dreaming about her next travel adventure – or working out where to get the best coffee.
